Patti:  One of Ena's favorites.  She made it all the time as a company side dish.

Marilyn:  This recipe was obviously shared with sisters-in-law.  I remember enjoying Mom's version of this dish (she omitted the flour & baked it about 60 min.).   I still have the letter in my recipe file (dated 12-12-1974) in which she sent me this recipe.  My boys love it--it is always part of our holiday meals when we are all together and it disappears fast!
